  • Virus (attack server)
  • Maintenance

  • Lots of competitor

- Other buses’ company
- Other transportations (aeroplane, train, rented car, etc.)

  • High-cost petrol
  • Lack or lose of trust on the company
- Feeling afraid since there are lots of accidents occurred nowadays
- Afraid in case of being cheated
